This pretty much sums up today. Something really bad happened today. Not work related and no one died or is sick. Just very upsetting and disappointing. So I went to practice with my dogs hoping to forget life for a little bit.

I cannot count how many times I have done that. But how amazing you got it on video. :-) Hopefully all the bad things on one day and now you will be good for awhile!

that is never any fun - and the shock of falling tends to linger. I slipped on the ice yesterday and bruised my elbow and hip...so can understand how you feel. I do love how doggie came racing over to check on you.
On the bright side, yes, look at how Java loves you and was worried about you. That's what's so great about our dogs. No matter how bad your day was, they always love you.
