This picture was from the beach this summer. It was taken a couple of days before I lost Guiness on the beach. We were lucky and found him 2 days later.I'm feeling better. I think Amanda is right about the sunlight. So even though the temperature has been warm, we haven't seen the sun in 4 days. I really need some bright sunny days.

my mom suffers from depression and in the winter really benefits from the "sun"
so I imagine for someone having just a minor case of winter blues it would make a huge difference!!!
